Heights Neighborhood
Completed project consisted of 20 RF10 lots ranging from 4000 to 4500 sq ft and park space.
The lots allowed coach house suites above the garage and over 6 parking stalls per unit.

Completed project consisted of 16 lots (RF13 & RF) ranging from 3600 to 6000 sq ft.
The homes on these lots allowed for 3500 to 5500 sq ft homes.

in the Yorkson Neighbourhood.
Completed projects consisted of 31 units ranging from 2000 sq ft to 4000 sq ft homes.
Majority of units were row house units.

Project is currently in the preliminary planning stage. The site will consist of 24 lots (RF + CD) ranging from 5200 to 7200 sq. ft and park space. The homes on these lots will be approximately 4300 to 6000 sq. ft. The expected completion of this project will be March 2025.
